Bug Description
Edit --Caused when installing ATI/AMD proprietary FGLRX graphics driver
I've noticed that the window decorations drawn by compiz appear to be frozen at all times. There are no hover effects when moving the cursor over the window controls (minimize, maximize, close) and the window title doesn't automatically change when it should. You can force an update by resizing a window.
This can be reproduced by opening an MP3 with Totem media player and then opening a different MP3 file. The window title showing the song name on Totem will not have changed. If you resize the window, you force the update and the window title now displays the correct text.

After a little experimentation, I've further noticed that this problem seems to change with the theme. When using a third party theme the window decorations don't update at all unless forced (as described earlier).
When using Ambiance or Radiance, the window decorations don't 'update' unless that window is in focus. For example, if you use the earlier method of opening a different MP3 on Totem to reproduce the problem, you'll notice that if Nautilus remains in focus, the window title on Totem will still show the previous MP3, and won't update to display the current MP3 unless clicked on to bring that window into focus.
