Bug Description
Binary package hint: overlay-scrollbar
The overlay scrollbar used in Ubuntu 11.04 causes problems with Eclipse scroll bar markers.
When you reach for the scrollbar to click on a marker, the scroll handle pops up over the marker, efficiently making the markers unclickable. See the attached screenshot.
The scrollbar markers in Eclipse are extremely useful. They allows the user to jump directly to an error in the code, a search result, etc. I can't work efficiently without this feature. Is there a way to disable the overlay scrollbars?

My problem seems to be the opposite in that I have no problem clicking the markers, but the scrollbar handle never appears. As a result, I can only vertically scroll with my mouse's scroll-wheel and horizontally scroll only by highlighting lines past the current view.
