Kded4 freezes after wake-up

Bug Description
KDE almost freezes for few minutes after computer wake up from suspend to RAM mode. In the same time kded4 process spends 100% of the CPU or 100% of one CPU's core.

As seems the problem is tied with Huawei E1750 USB Modem - UMTS (3G)
Workaround is:
1) kill -9 of kdm4 (usually at different TTY beccouse is unpossible to open new window with terminal)
2) run kdm4 (I'm using krunner for it)
3) remove Modem from USB and reconnect
