Show category drop-down list-box has unnecessary blank area

Binary package hint: evolution

If I click drop-down list box 'show category' in Task, Contacts, Calendar or Notes mode, it drops down and I can scroll categories down (using mouse wheel) and upside blank area grows (bad behaviour).
After scrolling up (while first category touches top of screen), I can't scroll down to have a huge blank area anymore (good behaviour).
