color reversal in 11.04

I log in to facebook and almost everything looks normal on my news page but when i switch to my profile page all the colors on photos look like color negatives in kodachrome. when i switch back to my news page, colors are mostly (with some exceptions) normal. This happened only after upgrade to 11.04. How can I get my colors back to normal?

I tried re-installing nvidia-current but it didn't help.

In addition to indicating whether or not the problem occurs on Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot, please also tell us what browser you are using (as was asked in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+question/155919). Are you using Firefox? The Chromium browser? Midori? Something else?

Also, does the problem occur if you log in to your Ubuntu using a different user account? If you only have one user account, you can create a second one for testing purposes. (Please note that I am talking about user accounts on your computer--I am not saying to log on to a different Facebook account in your browser.)

This might turn out not to be a bug, but let's keep this open (but Incomplete, pending the investigation going on in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+question/155919).

Please open a Terminal window and run "apport-collect 777177" to automatically attach important information to this bug. Afterwards, check to make sure it's been attached by seeing if the apport-collected tag was automatically added. Please do not manually add this tag yourself.
