No grub-installer udeb for amd64

Bug Description

The install fails pretty miserably without this. I'm not sure whether it fails
to build, or if P-a-s needs adjusting (CCing LaMont)

Apparently, it was P-a-s. LaMont says he has updated it, but that James needs
to poke it
