[trunk] Document attached to a project does not appear in the project folder

Using trunk of server, web and addons, I have installed project and document modules.

Using FTP, I can see one folder for each project (= analytic account). If I attach a document to a project, it does not show up in the directory of the corresponding project.

On the web client, the document is in the Documents directory...

I expected what's described here:

"if you attach a document to one of OpenERP’s resources then that document will automatically become visible over FTP in the document management system."

I have checked your issue at my end with latest trunk and stable both and it is working as properly.

Hello Vishal,

Try to set your Projects directory as "Folders per resource" type.

Then, go to a project (or task) and attach a file with the sidebar on the right.

Do you see the file in the project directory when browsing the ftp server?

Hello, I'm finding the same issue on openerp 6.0.3. The code changes have not been applied neither to this server version, nor in the latest distribution of the related modules to be found in apps.openerp.com.

Even when I apply the bug change, It won't work for me!

I have created a new Bug #869676 for this.
