Bug Description

Binary package hint: appmenu-gtk

I have a window maximised and open another window in front of this window, when I try to get to the menu bar across the top of the screen I have to cross the maximised window and since focus follows mouse by the time I get to the menu bar I have the wrong menu.

In retrospect this is probably a bug in unity but I don't think I can move it.
