loop of a lot of Ubuntu kernek errors 11.04

hi, i intall ubuntu 11.04 (acer aspire 5520) and ALL my tty (and kernel logs) repeats always every half (or less) seconds the messages:

and i cant use ANY of them! help please!
(in ubuntu 10.10 the kernel works fine)
