Updated indicator icons

Bug Description

Another minor UI nag, the indicators could use some love. I'm too busy with work to do a real commit but I couldn't resist fixing the icons while I was image editing some other stuff. The attached have not been well tested. Both should go in vineyard/data/icons/ubuntu-mono-dark/status/22/
I propose creating vineyard/data/icons/elementary-mono-dark/panel/22/ or something to that effect and move the previous white vineyard-panel-idle.svg from ubuntu-mono-dark to elementary-mono-dark and the use the attached vineyard-panel-alert.svg in elementary-mono-dark as well.

Thanks for the reminder and the fixed icon!

Now, I didn't use your modified icon since I noticed that the newest Ubuntu indicator icons use a slightly different style than the previous ones (the ones Vineyard was mimicking before) so I redid the ones for Ubuntu-mono and Elementary -mono to fit that.
I don't know if I matched the Elementary properly, since I don't have the theme installed, but it's both changes (all four actually) are available in revision 345.
