libreoffice base : cannot edit forms in design mode and cannot save tool and searches are extreme slowbars

Binary package hint: libreoffice

problem 1 : cannot save toolbars , after starting a form , no toolbars are shown . After selecting them and saving the form and starting allover again the toolbars are gone again.( toolbars standard and formnavigation )
problem 2 : I can no longer edit a form design in design mode . After selecting design mode I can select a form item but cannot select the item properties controle and therefore not edit the form design
problem 3 : Searches in a 300 row database take about 5 minutes (Under Vista 5 seconds)
