many problems, crash of gdm, apport, ubuntu-bug

first problem:
# ubuntu-bug gdm
ERROR: /etc/apport/crashdb.conf is damaged: No default database

only fixed this way:
# LANG=EN ubuntu-bug gdm

(process:2682): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
 Using the fallback 'C' locale.

seems working after this.

Real problem is:
after installation of ubuntu 11.04, system crashes sometime, and xwindow login screen is not shown.
in logs, there are something like:

in english, child process died, (permission denied)

I cannot overcome that. I had to reinstall ubuntu 11.04
logs from problematic ubuntu are attached.
ubuntu 11.04 seems unstable, and whole desktop is gone after any non-clean shutdown..

I reinstalled ubuntu 11.04,
used for a while, a few hours,
then shutdown (cleanly)
powerup again,
same issue.

even if I manually provide gdm/custom.conf , similar problems continue..

that was because of incorrect /usr folder permissons.
I fixed permissons,
then, errors fixed mostly.

i can confirm this as a problem of permissions. but it also can be a result of demaged permissions of /, /etc, ...

(gdm/custom.conf is another bug with own report, but doesn't effect this problem)
