Compiz window unable to regain focus after selecting a rolled up window

** Description **
After selecting (focusing) a rolled up window, selecting another window will not be possible, since it will not gain focus.

** How to reproduce **
1. Go to "System Settings" > "Windows"
2. Set "Titlebar Action" > "Double-click titlebar to perform this action" > "Roll up"
3. Open window
4. Open second window
5. Select the first window and double click the titlebar to roll it up
6. Select the second window
7. Select the first window again (which is still rolled up)
8. Select the second window again (it will not be able to obtain focus)

This has been tested on both Unity and Classic environments of 11.04, with the same results. Classic without effect (Metacity) isn't affected. This particular report was based on a virtual machine, but problem is reproducible outside of it.
