Wubi detection for 32 bits PC not working.

I downloaded Wubi to install it in my 32 bits PC with Windows 7:
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/windows-installer

But when I open the file and install it I see its Wubi for 64 bits computer.
Is it a bug? And if not how do you do for get Wubi for 32 bits PC?

I have just checked with this guide:

So its no question I got a 32 bits PC. A Dell Inspiron 530.

I will close this bug. Its seems they have put a 32 bits operating sytem in a 64 bits PC. Dell Inspiron 530.
