To reproduce:
- open home folder,
- from menu open new window of home folder
You now have two nautiluses.
When you click home folder icon on the launcher the windows rearrange to show you both nautilus windows.
But when you click on the icon again - nothing happens. I think it should cancel the action and revert to normal view.

To illustrate why this is a problem: I have four open firefox windows and a download dialog. When I click the firefox button to reach the overview all but the download window are indiscernible at first glance. Just getting back to where I was takes some effort. It'l become faster after you've found that the last window is always on the top left (which I have just now after experimenting to get a better understanding of the behaviour for the bug report), but I would consider that a bug in itself (because you always have to reorientate yourself between switching windows).
Of course if you're using the keyboard you could use [Esc].

The issue reported by the original reporter does not seem to be a problem anymore atleast in Oneiric Ocelot with Unity 4.6.0. Would it be possible for you to just test the Alpha-3 of Oneiric as its released tomorrow and see if the issue is still there.
