Bug Description

Use case:
- user has more icons in the Unity dock that there is place for, so they are folded (I don't rememeber how it is called) at the bottom of the dock,
- user wants to check what the folded icons are - so he hovers the mouse over it,
- suddenly only the first of the folded icons is visible - the rest dissapeared (are now out of the screen)
Solution:
- the dock should move at least a little when unfolding the bottom icons showing the user that it is scrollable.

I think the autoscroll is specially implemented for this use case. Its generally visible to the user that some of the icons went down so if the user would(certainly) move the cursor down to check what happens hence autoscroll will help

Marked as a dupe, and enhancements to the auto-scroll behaviour should make the auto-scroll more discoverable and help mitigate this issue.
