Untranslated & untranslatable strings

Binary package hint: transmission

There're some strings which are shown untranslated in my Spanish desktop, and they're untranslatable because there aren't in the Launchpad template. As you can see in the screenshots, these are:

* In the main window:
  - "hour", "minutes" and so on
  - "Downloading from xx of yy connected peers"
* In the "Remove torrent" dialog (which is shown when you try to remove a torrent):
  - "Remove torrent?"
  - "This torrent has not finished downloading."
