gexf export includes weight without defining it as an edge attribute

Bug Description
When using the toolkit and the GUI (0.7b as well 0.8a) graphs exported as a gexf file seem to include a "weight" attribute within the definition of each edge, but the initial definition of the attributes of edges does not include a definition of "weight"
This creates problems when importing to gephi manipulated graphs with other programs (networkx)

An option should indeed be added to let the user choose to export edge weight or not.
