Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Bug occurs random.. look at the screenshot attached. Top panel style falls back to defaults (transparency is a custom setting is still visible - therefor i think its not a compiz problem)
also all icons are either reset to defaults or missing - throughout the whole OS! (see nautilus example)

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
