top panel drops slightly in left side (unity AND classic)

Bug Description

The top panel drops towards the left side. See attached screenshot, in which you can see that in the left hand side there is approx. 2-3 millimetre space (of black colour) between the top of the panel and the top of the screen, whereas in the right hand side there is - as there should be - less than one millimetre or almost nothing.

I am running a LIVE-CD and it makes no difference whether it is Unity or Classic. I created another user, logged out and logged back in again in Ubuntu Classic mode - the result is the same.

AS already noted, it makes no difference whether it is Unity or Classic mode - indeed, the screen also drops in the left side if I press CTRL + ALT + F1 to 6

Basically the screen has been rotated a few degrees counter-clockwise!?!?!?!!?

Doh! The screen itself - the LCD hardware - had fallen down a bit, out of the hinges. Bug closed.
