Evolution doesn't close to the messaging menu on Natty

Hi, I 'm using Natty and I can't get Evolution minimized on the messaging Menu.
I used this plugin on Mavercik and it worked well.

I can to the setting of this plugin from evolution ( I attached a pic, the text is in French language)
