Bug Description

Binary package hint: squid3

I'm using squid3 as a personal proxy. When I start my computer and establish my internet connection after logging into kde (I'm on kubuntu here) I normally have to restart squid3 so that it starts using the network connection. Till I restart squid3, it just won't go out. Internet connection can be used normally if I skip the proxy... only squid3 is not going out.
