Bug Description

Steps to reproduce (in about 80% of the cases):

* Open Firefox in full screen
* Have Evolution Mail opened but minimized
* Maximize Evolution Mail (to full screen) while Firefox is running in the front

--> What happens is that the whole Evolution Mail UI is offset to the bottom, although buttons etc. can only be clicked where they originally should be. You then have to resize the window to get the UI correct again. Pretty anoying if you have to do this every time you maximize the application.

I've attached a screenshot which visualizes the problem. You can see the tabs of firefox in the offset space. Plus, although the mouse is above the "Send/Receive" button, the button is hovered.

This happens to me with Gwibber, there is a gap about the size of a titlebar, and the mouse events don't go to whatever control the mouse is pointing to, but seems to be offset by the size of a titlebar. Screenshot attached.

Happens to me in Evolution with Chrome as the browswer, otherwise very much as originally reported, including a visible row of tabs and the resize to correct things behaviour.
