libre office menu does not appear in top panel

When opening a file in libreoffice or opening libreoffice from application dash, the menu does not appear in the top panel but remains in libreoffice window.
This bug appears whether the libreoffice window is maximized or not.

This bug is actually a duplicate with bug #728927 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/728927) as i don't get the three buttons (close, minimize, maximize) when opening a file with libre office.
