Multifile upload gives security warning popup on IE

Bug Description

Clicking on the FILES tab in IE gives the security warning. Must be including a .js or something via HTTP instead of HTTPS.

I believe this is fixed now.

Microsoft has a very strange idea about security. If I include an external resource, that is served by another server, I cannot choose a http:// or https:// url: it is given.

I hope we won't need this resource.
