Instead of overwriting, per Nat/Robert make it do our duplicate thing.

Let's make M54 more about its original purpose. If you have time in M54 to work on M55 stuff, so be it.
Also, I'm re-assigning this to Chris. He'll need a tip from Balazs about where is the server-side code for multifile upload.
