Bug Description
To make life simpler, let's merge the multiupload to the trunk and make it so you have to provide a flag of some kind to get folder_view with the Upload action. This flag can be a new view name you type in the URL bar, or adding a query string ?show_upload, or something else.
We'll do this *after* the initial review. But we might ship this in M54 the first week of May after the migration.
