don't show the empty menu on the pathbar

Bug Description
when a folder doesn't have any subfolders, right click on the pathbar displays an empty menu like on the scrennshot

well in fact the breadcrumb menus are wrong they should be generated from the parent not the sub-folders as we choose to generate the menus on the full breadcrumb and not just the separator ">" .
So this problem shouldn't happen at all except if we chose to have a menu too in the breadcrumb last member, the blank section.
