Hardware Certification has completed testing on 80/90 systems. All missing systems were due to infrastructure issues and no regressions were detected on the tested systems:

We will not ship this kernel. I will revert the three patches related to USB3, and when we can determine what the problem was, we will reinsert the patches. This is related to bug #769042.

Since the kernel is already going to be respun, I will talk with the ec2 engineers and security team tomorrow about the ec2 security failure, and we'll see if we can also resolve that in the respin.
