Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
When running usb-creator-gtk things behave normally until we start installing. When the install starts, the main window dissapears and a progress dialog replaces it. At that point we lose stacking order, for example hitting SUPER triggers the unity Dash to slide out behind other windows.
