Minor string changes to toolbar context menu

The context menu of the toolbar should first show which items can be shown and hidden (sidebar, menubar, context pane, etc) then a separator, then "Customize Toolbar..." (with the ellipsis as per http://webdev.elementaryos.org/user-guide/human-interface-guidelines/text#using-ellipsis )

So it should look like this:

Which HIG? Ah, this one...
I don't know that there was a elementary HIG, or, at least, I didn't
know that it wasn't a draft. All people don't follow #elementary(-dev)
all the days, so, please, you have to find a way to inform the
developers about the news. An (open/moderated) team on Launchpad with a
mailing list could be nice, it would be a good tool to speak with all
developers, to ask something about the HIG for instance, or just to talk
about a software development.

IRC is convenient, but the ML too, and it is easier for people who don't
have a server to log all, or don't want to spend too much time on IRC
because they are busy...

I know, it will require some additional work, but I think it is needed.
(I must talk about that in a bug report, because I have no other way…)

Yes, we are working to inform developers of the HIG by citing it in bug reports and discussion :) It's definitely a work in progress and of course it can be revised, so if you have any issues with what is presented please raise your concerns.

I'm not sure how helpful a mailing list would be. It's been brought up a few times and the largest concern is that it would never be read. The core devs get a lot of mail already and most of us feel a mailing list would be largely ignored.

Ok, I still think that a ML would be useful since it would be more practical
for Marlin (but maybe a ML just for Marlin could be set up). See LibreOffice
development, they have a nice ML where everyone can send a patch, or ask a
question, it is very cool, even if it makes a lot of mail.

But maybe it will be better with the new drupal site :)
