Why don't I have privileges to change a bug subscription that will send email to me?

Bug Description

On the +subscriptions page for Launchpad, I see that I have a subscription via Launchpad Bug Contacts. It tells me: "You do not have privileges to change this subscription".

There is no further explanation.

This seems wrong and makes me feel like saying, "Who the hell are you to tell me I can't change something that's sending me a tonne of email?"

I should be able to control all the email that Launchpad wants to send to me, even if that comes as a result of a team membership. We should have a help pop-up that explains why the user cannot change this particular bug subscription.

Also, the word "privileges" isn't something that's in common use in the outside world. I'd suggest, "permission" or a full re-write to, "You can't change this subscription. (<a href="" style="help">why?</a>)

This is already addressed on staging: people will be allowed to squelch their emails from team subscriptions. It will be available after the next db-deploy.
