Quickly templates should be commended with Docco markup

Docco is a documentation generator. It's best to see it in action: http://jashkenas.github.com/docco/

Docco makes reading well-commented code much easier. To help programmers understand what the boilerplate code is in Quickly projects, Quickly templates should be marked up with docco. A quickly command to generate and display this documentation would also be useful.

This is a wishlist bug that I don't have the knowledge to implement, but I thought it was a good enough idea to warrant some sort of permanence in the form of a bug report.
