"Edit bug mail" link appears even when I don't have a bug mail subscription to edit

Bug Description
It seems odd that the "Edit bug mail" link appears on the bugs page and general overview page for projects for which I have no bug subscription.
For example, Terminator [1]. I have no bug subscription for that project. If I click "Edit bug mail" I get a rather stumpy page with an "Add a subscription" link (bug 771284).
The presence of the link implies that there's an existing bug mail subscription and so could confuse people. It confused me.

This only happens when I'm logged in. When I'm not logged in, the "Edit bug mail" link doesn't appear on projects where there's no subscription to edit.
