favicon is clickable, but does nothing

Bug Description

a page's favicon in the urlbar is clickable, but does nothing. This should probably either do something or not be clickable :)

In current state, I do not see any reason to have favicon clickable. Maybe, in some time, it could contain some popup window with information about secure connection or something...

This seems like a bug in GTK+, I would never expect the icon to be activatable by default. So I added a comment. I also changed the function call to gtk_icon_entry_set_icon_highlight - midori/gtkiconentry.h contains compatibility API so that we can support < GTK+ 2.16.
