Test the re-implementation of out-of-office strings

For osf-karl and the migration, Chris re-implemented the support for out-of-office strings. Get the database from Robert and test if subject lines get the treatment you expected.

OK, I have tested a bunch of header and body filters and everything was picked up by the filter as expected. Looks good! We can close this one.
