Bug Description
"Bug target" is not a term we use in Launchpad help or in the UI generally. It is familiar to us but not to our users.
I'd suggest replacing this with examples, such as: "You may be subscribed to a series, project or distribution..."
I'd like to re-structure some the rest of this pop-up, so I'm assigning it to me.
