Advanced subscription overlay hard-codes 'update-subscription' for bug notification level changes

Bug Description

Advanced bug subscription overlay on bug page uses "update-subscription" as the radio box value for changing the bug notification level, and team/person names otherwise. However, there's nothing stopping a team/person from having "update-subscription" as the Launchpad account name, so we should clean this up.

One way to solve this is to directly use API paths for teams, which would make them be "/~team" instead of just "team".
