[natty] bluetooth is running, but applet don't recognize it

Hi, this reports that bluetooth is running

sudo service bluetooth status
 * bluetooth is running

but icon in panel is greyed and toggling (on/off) does nothing

if I restart bluetooth over sudo service bluetooth restart, it works fine

I confirm this bug on recent Natty (doesn't occurs last week), restarting the service also works for me.
