in the windows version, two FX/Flanger controls do absolutely nothing

In the Windows version, the LFO and Delay knobs do nothing. The only FX/Flanger knob that does anything is the Depth one, in the center.

Using XP SP2, SoundMAX sound card, 2ghz PII + 1GB RAM.

This is a known bug of the Flanger built into Mixxx. We'll get rid of this when the effects branch is finished.

In mixxx-1.12.0-alpha-master-git4238-x86 none of the FX dials do anything, not even the Depth one. Tested in a previous alpha as well, same result.
