Bug Description

David,
Still getting spurious search results. The following is a good example:

1. Open lens
2. Type "git <with a trailing space" (IE, git<space>)
3. Nothing even remotely close to a DVCS comes up.

Screenshot @ http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12965907/book-lens-search-git-space.png

Possible solution? Any way to account for user random entries like this by chopping the trailing space out of the query?

PS: If anyone can tell me how to grab a "lens" window with shutter, I'd appreciate it. Slippery things to capture in a screenshot. Yes, I could crop the shot down... just wondering if there's an easier method I haven't thought or and/or tried.

Best,
/tom

Nice catch Tom. Suppressing trailing spaces at the end of queries is a neat usability idea.
About the screenshots, lenses are not windows and I don't think there is an easy way to capture them (I use a 15s delay, then crop), this needs to be fixed in Unity or in Shutter.

Glad to help, David.
I'll crop next time; somehow didn't think there would be a nice neat
little solution :-(
