dual-head maximized window in secondary display is obscured by the panel

1. set up your laptop to an external monitor and configure dual heads.
2. open firefox
3. move the window to the secondary screen.
4. maximize the firefox window.

See that the location bar at the top of the firefox window is obscured by the panel.
