Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

If I have a Nautilus window open displaying another folder such as /etc, clicking the "Home Folder" icon in Unity does not open my home folder. Either the icon's behavior should be modified to detect whether or not the home folder is actually open, or its name should be changed to "File Browser" instead.

The Home Folder icon on the launcher should always open the Home folder
when clicked. If a previous invocation, or Trash, or other windows are
open and pointed elsewhere, then a new window should open with the Home
folder.

After doing an upgrade to 11.04 I can concur that clicking on the home icon does nothing but look pretty. If I have a nautilus window open to any folder, and it's somewhere in the background, focus will be given to Nautilus. However, this does not even take that Nautilus window to the home folder making the initial icon misleading. Secondly, if there are no Nautilus windows open, clicking on the icon only gives my finger exercise because nothing happens on screen, not is there and hard drive activity. Can't we customise these icons to do what they should?
