Utilisability problem : whell clic

Use case :
I read big firefox page, or big pdf document with a fullscreen window.
I want to go up/down very fast (overview the document), wheel is to slow, I want navigate faster.

What I use to do
I bring my mouse on the right of the screen without look.,
I click on the whell, and
I go up/down.

Now :
I have to look for the orange thing.
I bring my cursor over it,
I bring my cursor over the scroll bar
I left clic
I go up/down

It's a bit annoying.
Can you implement the navigation with whell clic (same behaviour that I used to do) ?
