Launcher sometimes doesn't detect that mouse pointer is over it

Sometimes, Launcher will not detect that mouse is over it, it pops out normally when mouse pointer is pushing against the left edge of the screen but after that hovering the icons in Launcher doesn't show the tooltip and Launcher will hide after about a second.
Clicking the icons in Launcher still works when this happens.
