Bug Description

lib/lp/bugs/javascript/subscription.js and lib/lp/registry/javascript/structural-subscription.js both have pretty thorough JS YUI unit test suites, but we need a few basic yui app server integration tests to make sure that the server code and the JavaScript code don't become disconnected.
