Ooops, i've seen that i installed the guestaddions from oracle (4.0.6) and the ose-guestadditons from the ubuntu repository.
I'd remove the ose dkms module with:
sudo dkms remove -m virtualbox- ose-guest -v 4.0.4 --all
and after this i reinstalled the VBoxLinuxGuestA dditions V4.0.6 from oracle.
After this, ubuntu starts but unity needs 30 seconds to start after login. Same like with VirtualBox 4.0.4.
