Please sync vdr-plugin-streamdev 0.5.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:

All the VDR plugins need to be rebuilt against the current VDR version that got synced earlier, see bug 762558. Easiest to just sync them, despite there being a couple of new upstream versions among them.
