"Compiz Setting" in Ubuntu Tweak give error message. Also, most of icons in laucher dissappeared.

Bug Description
I think it thinks I'm using the gnome desktop but Ubuntu 11.04 uses the Unity desktop by default and that's what I'm using. I'm not sure though. I'm brand new to Linux. It's just something I saw/ read in the error message.
