thunderbird icon in Dash too small

Bug Description

When Thunderbird is default mail client in Natty and showing in Dash for Check Email, the icon is too small and the white background when hovering over it is too small (see attachtment for screenshot).

I just wanted to say that I have the same problem. Well, maybe not a problem but a visually unattractive thing :)

I just yesterday changed my Icon set to Faenza and not the background has the right size.
